As a Competition BBQ Team, a successful and growing BBQ Catering Company and general lovers of all things BBQ, we have built this site in the spirit of BBQ to share!

This doesn't mean that you'll be getting any super secret competition recipes here, but you will hopefully leave this site with a smile on your face!

We will share stories, tips, tricks, observations and product evaluations here, just to name a few!  We would also love for this site to grow into an interactive forum for specifically sharing BBQ Tips and Tricks to help newcomers and veteran Pitmasters alike!
